A student’s seat in any course or retreat is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance booking payment. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are considered confirmed only when a minimum advance payment has been received.
The initial booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, rescheduling, or inability to participate in the selected course or event due to personal, professional, health-related, travel, or global circumstances such as pandemics, lockdowns, military actions, or other acts beyond the control of either party.
Participants are required to clear the remaining balance of the course fee before checking in to the facility and before the commencement of the course. Once checked in or having joined the course in person, the full course fee becomes due and non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
Once physically present at the course venue and the program has commenced, no refunds shall be issued in case of withdrawal, dropouts, or incomplete participation for any reason.
In case a participant is unable to attend the selected program, the booking may be adjusted against a future course or retreat of the same nature, subject to prior notice given before the start of the original course. No-shows without prior communication will not be eligible for any transfer or credit.
Shiva Kaivalya Yoga reserves the right to discontinue the participation of any student whose behavior is deemed disruptive to the group or learning environment. In such cases, a partial refund may be granted based on the duration of the completed program, at the sole discretion of the management.
In the unlikely event that Shiva Kaivalya Yoga needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic), participants who have paid the full fee will be entitled to a full refund excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Alternatively, the fee may be transferred to a future course as per availability.
The school will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the student, such as travel expenses, insurance, or other personal arrangements.
Shiva Kaivalya Yoga reserves the right to make necessary changes to course content, faculty, schedule, or accommodation based on situational requirements. These changes do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.
Course fees paid are applicable only for the individual who made the booking. They cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Any and all disputes arising from participation in courses or retreats conducted by Shiva Kaivalya Yoga shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction as determined by the organization at the time of conflict.
